Candycode Techlab Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website connect.candycode.in and provides WhatsApp-based business communication services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you interact with us through our services.

2. Information We Collect

When you use our services, we may collect the following information:

• Name and phone number
• WhatsApp messages and media sent to or received from our business number
• Business information provided during onboarding
• Technical identifiers such as WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID) and Phone Number ID

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Provide WhatsApp-based messaging and customer support services
• Respond to inquiries and manage business communication
• Improve service quality and troubleshoot issues

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond service delivery.

4. WhatsApp / Meta Platform Data

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to send and receive messages. All message data transmitted through WhatsApp is processed in accordance with Meta's Privacy Policy and the WhatsApp Business Policy.

Our integration uses Meta's Cloud API under an authorized business account. We do not store message content beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties. Data is shared only with Meta (as required for WhatsApp Business Platform functionality). No other third-party sharing occurs without your explicit consent.

6. Data Retention

We retain message logs and connection data for a maximum of 90 days, after which they are automatically purged from our servers. Account identifiers (WABA ID, Phone Number ID) are retained as long as the business integration remains active.

You may request earlier deletion at any time — see Section 7.

7. User Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data from our systems
